What brand/model do you currently have?

I have the same setup for twin outboards. I got the boat with Racor S3213 fuel filters and was advised to replace them with the same make and model.

If you go the following web site as an xmaple, you will see that there are many different size & capability fuel filters

http://www.parker.com/RACOR/PRODUCTTABLES/TABLE-MARINE-GAS01.JPG

It's probably either a Mercury filter (small hole) or OMC filter (big hole). Take it to a boat dealer - they usually stock both. My Racor unit uses the OMC filter but I think you can get them both ways. The Sierra filters work as good as the rest and a lot cheaper. Good luck.
