OK, making a lot of headway on this engine, spark is good on all 3 cylinders, now working thru fuel issues. The fuel pump has three ports, one towards the front and two behind it. The one in the front is clearly the "in". I assume that the two rear ports go a: to the carb and b: some sort of overflow that returns from the carb. Whic is which? If I pressurize the fuel system with the bulb, should that in itself push fuel to the carbs, or does the fuel pump need to be spinning to get the fuel to the carbs? Thanks for the help!
