I noticed fuel leaking between the carburetor ( at least I think its the carburetor according to my Seloc book) all the way on the top left and the plastic nozzle of the air silencer assembly. The air silencer doesnt seem to be on tightly but should fuel be pumping into it anyway? I thought they were only used tp silence the noise from the carb.
It is a 150 hp 2002 Johnson engine. The engine starts but stalls after running for a few minutes. I have come to the comclusion that it is because of this leak. Can anyone recommend what to do?
