everytime I put my motor forward for trailering fuel leaks onto the switchbox out of the top carb, is this normal, seems like there should be a cover to protect the switchbox, thanks, Jason

When I had that problem it was due to worn needles and or seats in the carbs. I took all the carbs off, replaced the needles and seats and it hasn't happened since. There might be a real small amount of fuel that didn't get burned off when it's shut down, but not enough to soak the switchbox.

Yes, just think of the carb bowl as a glass of water as it's tipped it has to spill it's always best to disconnect the fuel line and run the fuel level down.
