Fuel Level Gauge Not Working

Any idea? Its a Yamaha set up and its a regular float. There so simplistic I dont know what could be wrong. Its digital by the way *curses*. Corrosion some where? It usally just reads as empty or full. Never In between.

Also side note, I put fuel stabilizer in the tank this year. Anything I need t "re-activate" it?
