First off I want to give a big thanks to everyone on this forum. I've been in the process of "waking up" my motor after 7 years in storage and this forum has been a lifesaver. I've spent way to much time at work searching and reading posts. LOL.
I've done everything to the motor that seems to be recommended for one sitting so long and it seems to be running fine in a tank. One thing I noticed while it was idling in the tank was the level of the fuel in the fuel filter. I was wondering what level is normal when the engine is idling in neutral. There was only about 1/4" to 1/2" of fuel in it. Just want to make sure the bulb and line doesn't need to be replaced before I head out on the lake. Motor is 1985 Evinrude 150HP.
