Fuel line draining back to tank. Do they install check valves in boat fuel lines

I installed new fuel line all the way to the motor (outboard) with new primer bulb. It primed (took a bit) and the motor ran fine but after sitting for an hour, I pumped the bulb again and it was dry. The tank is in the hull so is the lowest part of the fuel system and I am pretty sure the fuel in the line is draining back to the tank somehow. The primer bulb pumps up hard so I know the floats are shutting off OK and I do not have any leaks. Do they install check valves in the fuel line to prevent this or do I have another problem?

Ayuh,... There's supposed to be the anti-siphon valve at the tank outlet, which is a check valve...
Also, the primer bulb is actually 2 more check valves...

I do not see anti siphon valves in the iboats store. I would have to cut another hole in the deck to mount the primer bulb close to the tank for easy access so an inline valve would be best. Where do I get one?
