hey out there , 1994 9.9 electric start Johnson . I rebuilt the fuel pump the large type shaped like a house. installed a new fuel tank and fuel line. The engine runs fine and idles well. but if you do not prime the bulb from time to time it runs out of fuel.could it be one of the small primer hoses . I did try changing the base gasket to the block. No help . ANY SUGGESTIONS
