I changed the manifold on my 2005 Mercruiser and decided to use the included (new) fuel line. Call me an idiot, but this doesn't fit! And i can't seem to get it to fit! My first attempt at installation resulted in the shift arm hitting it while in reverse. Next i tried removing the top bolt to the shift arm thinking the fuel line would fit in or underneath this, but it does not! What in the hell am i missing here???

I didn't think you could really bend those steel oem lines that merc provides? My last fuel line was a brake line! I wanted to change back to the better (at least looking) steel line that i thought was going to fit. I ended up ordering one of the Sierra lines with the pre-attached fittings.
