fuel lines

i replaced my vro and i need some help on the fuel lines. 1 inlet and two outlets. which one goes to the carbs and what is the other one for?

Could you give us a hint on what year and size engine you are working on?

89 Johnson 110 HP. I know where the inlet goes but I am confused by the two outlets. Or does it matter. I have one to my carb and the other is to the pulse limiter
