Fuel mix and spark plug gap??? 15 hp 89' Johnson

I have a 1989 johnson 15 hp electric start outboard, model # J15ELCEC. I was wondering what the fuel to oil ratio was for this year of outboard. I have been running it at a 32:1 mix. I was also wondering what the spark plug gap is
supposed to be?
