Hi guys. Can someone tell me the correct oil mix for a 1970, 3.0hp tecumseh engine. This is a Sears outboard. I've got 16:1 in there now just so I could get it running, but I have no idea what it should be. I'm using 2 stroke oil for air cooled engines, Mobile 1. Thanks for the help!

I thought Mobil 1 was a synthetic crankcase oil for 4-strokes. Oh well, I would think 32:1 would be fine. That's what 2-stroke lawnmowers and snowthrowers use.
