Fuel pressure OX66 250

I know the fuel pressure should be 35 PSI but how long should the system hold that pressure after the engine is turned off. Also on the initial key on engine off when the fuel pump cycles should the pressure hold for a particular period of time before bleeding off? Thanks

no prescribed time.
just has to maintain 35PSI throughout the RPM range.
typically it falls to 20 to 25 PSI fairly quick after the pump is shut off.
