Fuel Pressure Regulator testing question. 5.0L TBI

Just wondering if there are specific tests that can be done to check the function of a fuel pressure regulator on a 5.0L TBI motor.
Could not find anything in the shop manual (#24).

Should be able to do it with air compressor and regulator. Ted tpenfield has tested his. Remove the reg and setup on a bench with regulated air supply. Increase the air supply going into the reg until it opens. Drawing a vacuum on the vacuum port should increase the opening pressure
