Fuel pressure specs

I have a 2009 Mercruiser 5.0 MPI and i'm trying to chase down a low rpm idle and power issue. I want to check the fuel pressure before I start pulling out injectors. I saw in another post that fuel pressure should be 43 lbs but I'm wondering if that spec is for both at idle and at operating speed?

Being a 2009 and no serial number I to would guess its 43 psi at 1800 rpm and should stay about there through rpm range

The serial number is 1A321789. Would that same 43 psi apply at idle?

The specification only calls out 43psi at 1800rpm. Having run the test a few times, I have seen that yes, the pressure stays be at 43psi for all of the rpm range.
