I just did a fuel pressure test on my engine last night and I am getting about 4.5 to 5 lbs. of pressure at full throttle.I have a Clymer manual which states that you should have a reading between 3-15 p.s.i. at full throttle. Does this mean it varies as you give it more gas or any reading between this is o.k. The problem I've been dealing with is bogging down on take off and sometimes it does take off.But then a few minutes later it slowly loses power.

OMC manual for 1995/97 reads no less then 3 psi at 800 rpms, no specs for any other rpms.
