I have an 1994 200 hp Mariner with carbs, motor doesn't suck gas at an idle enough to keep from dying. I put in a new squeeze bulb, then tried putting the hose in a gas can to eliminate a clogged fuel pick up in the tank being the problem and it still dies. Is there some way to detrmine if there is enough suction pressure?
