Fuel Problem 15 HP Bigfoot

I have a 15 hp Bigfoot that will run fine for 30 minutes (trolling) and then will start to falter. When I squeeze the primer bulb it catches and runs fine for a while and then I have hit the primer bulb again. It has a new fuel line and primer bulb, should the bulb be firm when it is running? Why would it run great for the first while and act up after a time peroid????? When I give it a shot of fuel with the primer it seems to know what to do.

Any ideas would be appreciated.
