I am having problems with my 25 horse evinrude tiller. When you prime it it starts right up but quickly dies as if its being starved of fuel. The bulb primer on my fuel line stays hard and I have checked the fuel pump and taken the carb apart and soaked and cleaned it an now I am at a loss. I was sure the carb was plugged up or the bladder in the fuel pump was ripped or something like that but now I just don't know. If you can help I would appreciate it.
