Fuel pump question 1967 Evinrude 40hp manual shift

It looks like the original was a 380016 which was replaced by 388685. Is the 388685 the same as the sierra and NAPA 18-7350? Thanks for the help.

No, that NAPA pump is for the small engines, 6-15hp 92 and older.
I don't think it would deliver the fuel flow you need.
