Fuel Pump Question '96 115 ELPTO

I've been questioning the output of this fuel pump and have rebuilt it but after looking at the service manual and the Mercury parts list I see a difference in the repair kits.
The pic in #1 Shows the Mercury parts manual and is the one I installed. Pic #2 shows the service manual and one of the diaphragms has two holes in it. Which one is correct? The serial number is an 0G3 series!
