Now my in-line fuel filter stays 3/4 full and she pumps much better.
Anyone thinking of doing it but are afraid of opening a can of Worms it was really simple took all of 20 min to do just a few gaskets and some cleaning of the pump put it back together and your done and all for a few dollars for the kit that i got from this site......

It's always a good idea to post the year, make, model, HP rating, and serial # so others know what engine you are talking about.

Any reason why i keep seeing you post this in everyones topics????

If i was asking for help or teaching someone how to make such repair i would have posted......... "year, HP rating, model, your Mercury/Mariner outboard"

It's basically common curtacy (Spelling??) so that others can learn from any information given that might have the same class of engine.

Any reason why you don't want to post that information??
