Welcome
Watched the vid and motor starts and runs, did not see it die or try to stall. Did it die right after?

Not seeing or hearing a problem

Sounds like it's running out of fuel

What motor? Sounds like its a GL maybe, carb type?

Fuel pump might be failing, pulling to many amps and stuffing the relay. Need details.

Going to purchase the fuel pump and swap it out. These motors are notorious for paint chips clogging the screen.
Thanks guys, will keep you posted

paint chips clogging the screen.
Must be fuel injected, and if so paint chips won't slowly die, it will cause it to miss.

Might need a pump, but why not measure the fuel pressure to verify first?

Pulled the fuel pressure regulator and the screen was blocked up with paint chips from inside the fuel pump. Going to replace the regulator and the pump tomorrow after work and see what happens

Not sure what engine model you have as it wasn’t mentioned but bear in mind that typically there may be a fuel pressure dampener for the injectors that resembles a fuel pressure regulator located up on the fuel rail that might need opened up and cleaned too and a 50/50 of the injectors needing tested and cleaned as well as the paint works it way up and out.

I believe my description between regulator and dampener may be in correct on your engine model. The regulator in your photo is from the fuel rail? Item 23, https://www.volvopentastore.com/Fuel-System/dm/store_id.366--view_id.779641

Swapped out the fuel pump and fuel regulator. Runs like a charm!
Thanks for all the advice. Now I’m into repairing the outdrive 😩
