I dont have a picture, but it should be in line with the cylinder...not turned out. You turn it out if you are dead and have to pull the flywheel by a rope.
If your motor is functioning properly, it will be in line with the solenoid.
Im sure someone will chime in with a picture, someone has posted a picture before of one.
