1973 Evinrude 135HP. I pulled the line that comes from the crankcase to the fule pump to provide suction ( I think). When I pump the primer bulb with this line undone I can see gasonline/mix come out of the nipple. I would assume this would mean my fuel pump diaprahm is shot and is one of the main reasons I am having hard starting issues?
