1996 Evinrude 112spl. I always use non-ethanol gas. I rebuild my fuel pump about 2 years ago and now it is leaking all over the place. The screws that hold it together are still tight, so they didn't come loose. So, I'm wondering, how often should this realistically need to be rebuilt? I've already ordered another one, and they aren't expensive, but I'd think that it would last longer than 2 years...

A new factory diaphragm is the best way to go.-----Should last 15 years.
