Pumping the bulb when running will verify a possible clogged carb if it picks up speed. If it picks up speed when the choke is pushed in, it could be the fuel pump. Could be fuel tank vent is clogged, pick-up screen in fuel tank is clogged or anti-syphon valve in tank is bad. What is the problem and history of this problem? Did this happen quickly or gradually? Any alarms going off? More info, please..
