Hello Dan....

Yes the sensor will be that lose. All it got is one little hose running to it to detect any vacuum in the fuel line. So it don't need to really "nailed down". Disconnecting a wire won't change the sound of the start up tone you hear. That tone is just a self check and to let you know the horn is working.

As far as the "stuttering" goes, could be as simple as a spark plug. Have you had a tune up lately? Sometimes these types of problems can be tuff to nail down. Maybe what you need is a qualified wrench to check things out.

Good Luck and keep us posted.

Thanks OBJ

Guess i have tried everything i can do on my own now so i think its time to leave it to a pro.
Have change the plugs without any result.
Will do a last try with a portable fuel tank connected direct to the fuel filter.
But i guess the problem is somwhere after the fuel sensor alarm cause it dont warn for fuel restrict.
Thanks again

I don't know, but that video was a great way to present your problem... ;) What all have you done so far?

Thanks Rick.

Well guess i have tried all except open up the engin up.
Have switch the plugs.
Cleared the fuel filter.
Pump the bulb all the time up to 4800 rpm.

But the symphtom is real strange, the motor runs perfect up to 4500 adn i can stay on that rpm without any prob. but at 4800 it start to stutter.
Today i will unplug the water sep filter and my built in tank and try with a portable tank direct to the fuel filter on the engin.
