fuel squirtting out a carb?

why fuel squirts out of a carb when keep squeezing primer ball?

Carb had been cleaned and installed a new kit . motr runs when choke pull manually for a short time then have to prime agian to get it started and running. thank you.

The float could be defective or not adjusted properly.
