Fuel Storage Question

Now that we have 10% ethenol in the Marine Gasoline, should I store the boat with a full tank of stabilized gas or empty? The boat's manual (15 year old) suggests a full tank but that was BEFORE ethenol.

Fill it, add appropriate amount of fuel stabilizer, run the engine until the stabilized fuel is drawin into the engine and put it to bed. The fuel will be fine. We in the midwest have been doing this since 1997. If you don't have a water separating fuel filter I suggest you add one.
