I have three 5 gallon metal fuel tanks for our boat, which goes into storage for 4 months over the winter, what is the best way to store the fuel tanks?<br /><br />thanks<br />Dan
Not sure about the RIGHT way but this is what I do and have not had any problems. Fill the tanks and add fuel stabil and you should be good to go. By filling the tanks you remove (or minimize)the air space that can form condensation. The fuel stabil keeps the gas from going 'stale'.
