Fuel Water Filter

Hey Guys,

I am mounting a fuel water seperator on my 21 foot 2002 seaswirl. I wanted to know if anyone knew the best place to mount it. I think i may have to mount it a foot or so above teh level of teh fuel tank. Will this cause a restriction in the flow of gasoline if i do this?

I mounted on on my 2100DC Seaswirl OB model. My boat has a hatch in the center rear of the inside of the hull, that exposes the bilge. I mounted it in the bilge, thru bolting it behind the jump seat on the port side. It is a foot+ higher than the tank and a few inches lower than the motor.
