Fuel/Water Separator Kit for 470?

Had some weird bogging issues at 2500 rpm last time out. Pulled the carb and plan on disassemble/inspect before next time out. Figured now was a good time to install the water separator that I've been meaning to do for 4 years
Can anyone tell me which kit I need?
Looking at this one, is that what I need?.
Also, does that install before or after the fuel pump?

That will work fine. ALWAYS before the pump.
