98 225 ocean runner I noticed some fuel dripped out of the motor housing after I primed the bulbs with the engine tilted up. I have never noticed this before but I happened to be looking back there on start up and saw the fuel. I checked all the lines and could not find a leak. I read that some fuel collects in the airbox. I figure priming it with it tilted allowed fuel to drip into the airbox?

Normal
The carb bowl floats will be seated better and you will avoid excess fuel escaping if you prime while the motor is vertical. A little bit of fuel mix in the airbox is normal and will evaporate or be consumed while running.
Good luck
