How do I install the mechanical fuel pump in a 1965 Statecraft Holiday 4 cylinder inline? Do I raise the pump arm as I slide it into the engine? Are check valves needed to connect the fuel lines? Any special fitted needed to connect the line to the carb?

most use a cam driven pump so just slide it in and bolt it down.

If everything is 100% original you will have Fuel pump (item 1 lower right corner) a fuel filter (item 5) with check valve (item 12a). This also includes a bypass line.

If the fuel pump has been changed then you will have fuel pump with filter (item 1a)

When removing fuel lines its best to use line wrenches to keep from rounding off the nuts. Also look at replacing the carb filter. The carb filter spring goes in a different location if your going with the paper or plastic one. The original was a stone filter

Thanks guys. I have the original fuel pump and every thing leading to it, but not any fitting for the output lines and to the carb.
