full throttle bogg or mis 4.3 Mercruiser

I have a 2003 18ft Bowrider with an intermittant bogg or miss at full throttle only. I've have installed new plugs and wires and cleaned the points on the disturbutor. The boat works prefect beside WOT. Really seems electrical to me, but I'm not sure?

Ayuh,... Check,+ Change the Fuel Filters...

Is there another filter beside the inline fuel water seperator filter

I replace the fuel filter and that made no difference. I don't know if I have a carb or electrical problem? Like I said boats runs prefect besides that
