A family member recently had such an item stolen from their dock. Besides the sentimental value, what is a fully restored 1946 5 h.p. Johonson Outboard Motor worth?

Patty,<br />If I am reading this right, that makes the motor a TN20 or something close. If I am correct (Was the motor painted green?) I would suspect value to be in the $50 to $100 dollar range. I would check Ebay for current bid pricing on the same motors. Who knows, may even see yours! Good luck, and if you ever get yours back, give the moron who stole it a good kick in the gnip gnops for me too!
