Hello, I have a Glastron Gs249. The previous owner cut the mounting studs off the fuse block. Now there is no way to mount it. It’s just flopping around under the steering column. The fuses are real loose also. Any recommendations for a new fuse block that would be secure and accessible?
Thank you

I love the Blue Sea fuse blocks. I use the type that also gives you ground terminals. Great products.

I’m thinking about relocating the fuse block from the helm to the engine compartment where there is better access. It would be a blue sea block. I bought one a couple weeks ago. Do you think there would be a voltage drop problem extending those wires?

Follow the ABYC wire sizing chart and see if the conductors are suitable. Probably some loads would need larger wire. Remember the circuit lenth is round trip, from source of power to ground return.
