Fuse Box on a 2002 Regal Fastrac 1800 LSR 3.0

Where is the fuse box located on a 2002 Regal Fastrac 1800 LSR with a Volvo Penta 3.0? I am trying to figure out if my alternator is bad, the amp gauge is not working, s fuse is blown, or maybe a wiring issue.

Would be under the helm. However it could have circuit breakers.

Can always take the alternator in to get tested
