G3 Tunnel Jon boats

I am concidering getting one with a jet drive but I can't find anyone with some experience with one except for the salesman.
The 1860dlxccj model with a Yamaha 90 jet is my choice.

be aware that the 90 jet is going to perform like a 60 hp propped motor.

That was the reason of going to max rated of boat but if I thought I could get away with just a prop type I would go to a prop and propably a 60 as I am sure that is all I would need power wise.
Wouls save a lot of dough as well.
