Gale Buccaneer 5 horse outboard

Hello, I just purchased a 1962 Gale 5 horse outboard motor and need to swap the impeller. I have read that the powerhead must be removed in order to access the nut that holds the drive shaft in place so that I can finally drop the lower unit. Does anyone have a documented way to pull the powerhead without me just going in and pulling tons of parts off until I get there? Can it be pulled off all together? Appreciate any knowledge!

Disconnect some hoses.-----7 screws hold the power head on.-----Lift it off so you can take the 2 nuts off the SHIFT ROD.----Not really a difficult job.
