gamefisher 15hp wont idle

i acquired a 85 model gamefisher that runs beautiful on high speeds...at low speed it seems to run on one cylinder...i have had it in shop several times to replace magnetos..it runs good for a while ..any suggestions appreciated

Is that a tecumseh (Eska) engine, and is it the bottom cylinder fouling?<br />

i dont know if it is and eska or not and i do believe that it is the bottom cylinder that doesnt want to low idle..i have had compression check on motor and it seems to have enough

Check the thermostat....and change the fouled plug (if its a tecumseh engine)also check to see if the fuel pump pulsation diaphram is cracked. Plug the inlet and see if the outlet will hold a slight vacuum... good luck<br />
