i realize this is for johnson/evin but i posted it in force and noone gave me an answer.my friend gave me a 1989 5 hp(225 587-501) to check out for him.tried to put it in neutral and will not go.pushed the lever all the way up and i cannot get the prop to spin freely.any suggestions are helpful.
