So then how does this water cooled leg idea work ? I didn't see the water outlet pipe connect to anything above the exhaust housing. Does it just run out of the pipe and dribble around the leg to cool it ?

well the experts will come around shortly, but it should connect to a tube that runs up to the base of the motor and transfer the heat there and cools the exhaust. it work like this on my eska, and clintons at least.

the tube goes up thru the leg and i can't see what it connects to. It is up at the base of the powerhead, but is that it ? does it just run out from there thru the leg without any direction ?

up at the base of the pwer head there is a small plate, it gets pushed against it and then falls back down, through the leg cooling the exhaust and spitting out the water holes... so it seems whe i took mine apart.. eska 5hp, clinton 5hp.
