gamefisher impeller

i have what is a 9.9 or a 15hp gamefisher 1979 is my guess... It doesnt have the serial number plate so I am not positive I think it is a 15. It takes about 8 sec from start to when water comes out the hole at idle? is that normal? I wanted to put a new impeller on but dont know where to start without the serial plate

I got the impeller off and it has the part number 26251. Is this an universal piece that most boat dealers would have? or is this a ebay item?

serria part no. 18-3054 (.438 ID)...its what they sell on ebay, check with a marine dealer...don't tell him its a sears, retails for $14.... Mallory sell the same impleller about 10-$12
