Garmin 188C flushmount

My used boat came with a Garmin 188C Sounder FF/GPS--it's the one that's square, about 6.5" x 6.5". I ordered a "flush mount kit" from Garmin and got a baggie with 4 tiny bolts and some nuts and washers. What now? No Bracket inside to screw into? If anyone has the template and can tell me the screw hole distances that would be good. I don't want to just start choppin' away!

The Owner's Manual probably has instructions and illustrations, Dave. If not I would get on Garmin's site and ask for installation instructions.
