Garmin BlueChart data Cards

I have a Garmin BlueChart Data card (Pacific).. I also have the Garmin USB Data Card reader that I use to upload Garmin Mapsource CD data to a blank 32mb data card using the MapSource program on my PC... BUT.... is there a way to view the data on the preprogrammed (Pacific) data card on my PC so I can plan trips and look at areas in advance?? The only way to do it now is put it in the boat and sit there to look at the data on the GPSMAP..

the program you need is called mapsource.

There are several other programs that read the cards and let you do trip planning, but mapsource is the Garmin program.
