Garmin BlueChart g2 Vision

The cool thing about these forums is that real opionions from real users are available. That said, who out there has upgraded to a BlueChart g2 Vision chip for their Garmin chartplotter? Was it worth the buy? Please tell me what you like about it, particularly the Auto-Guidance feature and 3D mapping. Does it actually route you through a channel? thanks!

I like the routing feature. Easier to just push the button and let it plot the course. Still have to watch because a lot of the maps are not up to date and don?t take into account any localized shoaling, etc.

The 3d mapping is a cool but I've yet to find any real usage for it.
