If you have a mechanical fuel pump on your block it is not unheard of for it to be leaking right into your crankcase.

Re: Gas in my oil??????

The diaphragm in the pump cracks letting raw fuel into the crank case via the pump lever hole.

That's true.

If that's happening there may also be fuel in the clear hose that runs from the fuel pump up to the carb air intake.

If there?s no hose it either fell off or it doesn?t have it. It if doesn't have a hose or fitting on the fuel pump for it you may have an automotive fuel pump on the engine

Yes it has this hose, but didnt c no gas in the hose. If the fuel pump is letting gas in oil,Could this b the reason my motor startd running rough???

No.

but you could have other carb problems including a stuck (open or closed) choke, plugged jet etc......

The tube from the fuel pump to the carburetor flange will cause the engine to run rough if the diaphragm goes bad, thats it's purpose, in turn the overly rich running condition will contaminate the crankcase oil with fuel.

You may want to check for a sticking needle and seat in the carb. Letting extra gas leak while idling or while engine if off. Leaks into cylinders and past rings into crankcase.

Yes!!! Your fuel pressure is most likely very low because the gas is going into the crankcase instead of the carb's float bowl.

Don't touch your carb unless the new marine fuel doesn't cure both problems. You should fix one thing at a time. Don't complicate matters. If you have changed oil before replacing the fuel pump and restarting you might as well test your fuel pressure first. If pressure is low change the pump and most likely the oil/filter again. Hope this helps.
