1996 4.3, holly 2bll carb electric fuel pump. change oil and filter go to lake for the day about four hours of boat time some hard pulling some crusing end of day check oil and it will be up over full quarter of an inch run it two days and it will be half an inch over full mark and realy smelling like gas. I did put a complete carb kit in it and still doing same thing the boat runs perfect the only thing is a slight stutter when you hit throtle to pull somebody.and a slight gas smell when idiling. could it be my float level . Can anyone help
